“It is imperative that the PIBF office have the most current address on file for active members and retirees. Mailings of plan modifications, pension checks, EOB’s and W-2’s are just some of the important documents that may be delayed or lost if your current address is not on file at the PIBF office. If you have moved recently, please notify the PIBF office of your change of address. Because of Federal laws, Pipeline Industry Benefit Fund and Local Union 798 do not share address changes, therefore you must notify both offices.”
